Board of Directors
As Church Growth Ministries and the Center for Leadership Development continue to mature, the composition of the board of directors can and have change. Today’s board members are building a board of the future. CGM board of directors is an effective nonprofit board having laid foundation for the agency’s on going strategic planning process to identify and engage board members and staff, who are committed to the mission of the organization, bringing expertise in a variety of key areas and offering diverse perspectives.
The principal responsibility of the board of directors is three-fold and is consistent regardless of the state of the organization. These three areas are:
- To give the organization direction, establishing its vision, mission, and values.
- To provide oversight, especially in financial matters, to ensure accountability.
- To ensure the organization has the resources it needs to do its work.
Our Staff
CGM workforce reflects the diversity of today’s market; equip with the resources and understanding they need to connect with vital demographics in our faith community and around the world. We have a strong ecumenical posture; the professional staff along with the agency’s executive leadership includes persons from several denominations.
