Regional Clergy Leadership Conference

Sponsor a leadership training conference for your pastors and lay leaders. The conference is held in one of your centrally located churches or meeting facility, and is open to all churches within your denominational family. (Seminary may also co-sponsor with a sister church body. Conferences are 1 - 2 days. The conferences include a variety of creative presentations integrated with media, small and large group interaction, simulations, and planning opportunities. General principles give the context for specific applications on the topics of the conference.

Denominational Services

Regional denominational offices (conference, synod, diocese, district, presbytery, division, etc.) can support their local congregations through regional pastor and lay leadership conferences. Clergy Conference

A one-day training/planning conference for pastors and staff is an excellent opportunity for continuing education. CGM, in conjunction with the regional church office, provides instruction and direction for a stimulating day of learning about the dynamics of effective ministry and growth.
