Leadership Development
CGM LEADERSHIP TRAINING SEMINAR
I used to think that running an organization was equivalent to conducting a symphony orchestra. But I don't think that's quite it; it's more like jazz. There is more improvisation. — Warren Bennis
Understanding the leadership role is of utmost importance in creating a high-performance culture. The Leadership Development Program develops leadership skills while providing strategies and methods for optimal organizational effectiveness.
Change Management:
Teamwork is the key to effective and efficient change management. This program allows participants to discover their own preferences for managing change and how to optimally reach a common ministry organizational goal implementing ideas and perspectives from others.
Decision Making:
Effective decision making is critical in any organization. This program provides the participant with a measure of their own effectiveness in decision making as well as first-hand experience in the benefits and challenges of consensus decision making.
Team Building:
Adequate communication and a shared vision are key components in an effective ministry team. The Ministry Team Building program provides many insights into the ministry team landscape with a focus on continuous improvement.
Varying personalities and personal differences can great influence team success or failure. The Organizational Ministry Team Building Program explores individual and consensus decision making and improves team building through assessment and simulation.
Mentoring and Coaching:
Within every organization there are various levels of leadership, both formal and informal. One of the most important levels of leadership occurs within teams when someone takes on the role of mentoring and coaching other staff members hands-on, one-on-one. That is the place these leaders have the power to make an immediate positive impact on the employees they work with, increasing motivation and productivity.
Our leadership coaching and mentoring service inspires, informs, and supports leaders, especially during harsh economic times such as we all face today. Come and share with other leaders the leadership challenges you face and use the power of the group to help you maximize the potential of the many opportunities available, even in a crisis.
Groups of up to fifteen leaders meet regularly to challenge and inspire each other to succeed. Leaders see how others perceive them and are empowered to improve their performance. |
